Bump for justice

It also seems from what they have said CW will bring more c-bill sinks than c-bill rewards.

Hey PGI ... listen to Elvis.

Actually I'd very much like them to communicate EVERY future change they intend to make even if they said they'd ignore any disapproval. I'd be a lot less irritated than with them doing it behind our backs and pointless/useless/plain dumb implementations/changes popping up left and right.

Not sure about you guys but I've withheld all MC purchases and spending until we get these delivered "C-Bill earnings and other reward systems."

For now I just grind with my existing mechs as buying and outfitting new mechs requires too much grind of C-Bills.

It's kind of funny, when the earnings were better, I was happy to spend MC in a fairly steady stream; I needed new paints and new bays for the mechs, and would sometimes want to shortcut to trying out a new variant.

But this feels like such a naked attempt to strong-arm me into handing over money that after the agonising experience that was getting and outfitting a Quickdraw, I just play games with the stuff I have, and don't buy anything new with CB or MC. The progression to new mechs used to be a joy, now it's just aggravating.

It would be nice to get a few extra C-Bills per match, that's for sure.

Frankly, I may just give up on this. I've been having fun, but now that I have three (almost) fully mastered HBK, I'm losing the will to keep going. It's going to be around 5mil just to get a new, not even amazing, mech with DHS, and that's just for the first. Then there are two more and any CBills needed to customise and experiment (which feels really punishing in regards to something not working out and you taking a big hit from the funds for your second variant).

On top of this, I don't want to sell my HBK so would need to buy some bays, but as it stands I think I would rather just mess around with them for a little while longer, and then just uninstall. I only have a 150GB SSD so space is at a premium, and I am still rocking some reasonably new games I have yet to play from the Steam sales (Dishonoured, the new Hitman etc), none of which cost me more than a fiver, further rubbing in how hostile this game feels to a new player.

They've made it economically viable to farm when pugging. Mount TAG and ERLL in a fast mech. Run round making sure you hit as many mechs as possible. DC, use another mech rinse and repeat. Thats boring and no fun so its easier not to play until they fix things.
