how about the ability to block chat from certain people in game?

Gets old listening to people QQ about the game, or how bad an idea is and them just ranting on and on about it. telling them to shut up never works. Its getting old listening to them put the game down yet still play it. I am prety sure it wouldnt be too hard, right click on their name in the map screen and hit silence.
