how much is it?

0.7 dmg/sec makes sense (assuming this is still correct) but how much does 1 heat represent? 1 heat per second? 1 heat per burst (about 0.2 sec)?

also how much heat does the opposing mech get? 1.1? 1.5? its more than you, but more exact info would be good.

Also does the heat cap at 90% like lava, or can you force a shutdown? I think one prior patch it was said to be capped to prevent perma shutdown of mechs (which would be possible) but if it is capped, where does it get capped?

And the other thing, using 4 flamers on a jagger mech you can fire continuously for about 10-20 seconds before your heat meter even budges. then stop and start firing a single flamer and your heat goes down .... for a while then starts increasing.

Does this mean flamers work on a sliding scale, slowly ramping up the heat generated to both you and the target, or just yourself, or is this a bug? I can heat the mech up to 50% heat then watch it drop while using a single flamer, but after about 20 seconds the threshold drop stops and it starts to increase again!
