So, It was a match, On canyon network I believe. My team got off to a great start I was piloting my Stalker STK-5M. The match goes on and my team starts capping points, All is well. Atleast until some pilot on the enemy team kicks it into overdrive and kills off the capping lights. I don't remember well but my team split up, I didn't really care at the time. I was wrong to not care, I was the last 'Mech standing and this Heavy Metal falls down a cliff behind me. Nowhere to run as it was a narrow crevice, Atleast by 'Mech standards. So I sned my Lasers into his cab. I was about the finish him when he launched a PPC at me. He eventually blew off my left and right torso, Then my leg. After doing so he walks away. My Standard engine 310 would probably be begging to just be blown up already. It pushed on anyway and just as I was leaving that crevice A cataphract turns the corner and blows out my cockpit, Game over. Good game!

Got both of my Atlas' side torsos blown off killing people in the cave in forest colony. Last guy in the cave is a Victor with LRMs and medium pulse lasers. Apparently my team is fighting off the rest of the team outside the cave, so I back the victor into a corner and force him to eat through my CT with his few medium pulse lasers. It took him a solid minute to finally kill me.

He was the one who blew my mech apart piece by piece. I was the one who took him out of the game while the rest of his team died. I was laughing the whole time.

Although really, who goes cave loaded to the gills with LRMS? I mean, really?

Anyone who plays the trial mechs, already has a good idea of mech torture

Urgh don't mention trial mechs, back in January when I started every match was torture...then I bought an atlas and all was well.

A while back I was playing a Conquest game on frozen city. I was piloting my Hunchback 4G. So a friendly cataphract and I head to theta. I went the long way down the ravine to save my legs. When I got there he is fighting and losing to an Atlas. So I decided to step in between them and give him cover because he had more firepower. The Atlas starts firing at me with I think a ppc, a gauss, and some medium lasers. We circle and he blows my right torso and arm off. Then he gets my left arm. Everything is red at this point. Finally the cataphract who has been hitting the Atlas the entire time kills it. I had around 10% left and we fought for a good 5 minutes. Then a raven comes around the corner and cores me.

Alpine piloting my Yen-Lo using a std engine with a med laser, med pulse laser, and a gauss rifle I think. (this was a while back)

forget what the game mode was, but I was sitting on the central mountain range in I-10 overlooking the Kappa point. three heavies and an assault were coming up the mountain side (before movement changes were implemented) and I was dropping some rounds into them, running up and down along the ridge line. I had one or two teammates backing me up but they were dragging along getting to me. I took out one of the heavies, but my teammates got focused down (at this point, most of the enemy team had shown up), leaving me only there. I was running circles through the mechs, trying to spread out the damage. my left arm got blown off, no big deal. next was my cannon arm, big deal. my armor was mostly gone at this point, now bleeding out internals. I'm firing every which way to take out someone or at least keep them occupied. next one of my side torsos gets blown out. I keep running and firing. next my right leg gets blown. keep shooting. other torso blown out. one laser down. CT bright red. keep shooting, three mechs are focusing me. finally I go down.........6% health left when I got downed...... I cant remember if it was my other leg or ct that went, but I felt good that day.... just cant remember if we won or not.......
