New Frame Rate Problems

I have been having serious frame rate issues for the first time in months. Is anyone else having them? This just started today.

I'm having the same problem. It was an issue back way when, then got fixed... and now its back.

Clear the shader cache, run the repair tool

Staff will tell you to hold on for DX11; Da Forums say overclock you CPU; I've got nothing, myself … :D

Repair tool seems easy enough, but how do I clear the shader cache?
