Confused: Bought Talon Then Saber. But....

I see that I can't Use the saber Mechs Till Dec 17, But when and How do I get/use the Locust One from the Talon Package I've bought? Thanks

The Locust will come on October 15th.

They are coming sometime late October, if i remember correctly.
