Bryan told on NGNG podcast that UI 2.0 is 3 months after launch. That its in end December/ January 2014.

So, that's right. It will be in 2014.

Funny thing is they promised us U.I 2.0 in January 2013.

Worst launch ever. I wanted UI2.0 I wanted CW. I wanted more game modes. instead i got beta, with a new mech

o and it still says beta on the front page. way to fail..lol

This game is bad and PGI should feel bad.
Even if they named this game Counterstrike: Mechs Online I would still be bored by the unimaginative gamemodes and premium-only content.

The faster this pile of trash dies, the faster this IP can be put on the side and ignored for another 10 years before another attempt at either holding the IP hostage to fund other games again, or maybe make a half-decent mech game. Either way, this ship sunk and I'm out 30USD for having faith that these scumbags would make something of worth with my investment.

I'll come back and check on this steaming pile at Launch 2.0 (Which only exists for PGI games.), but with PGI's track record I can expect the event next year with at most a quarter of the content delivered and more casualization added for the cawadooty crowd.

He said worst case scenario December/early January if it has a ton of bugs that show up in public test.

No, the core game is ******* brilliant. That's the only reason anyone cares about the slipping deadlines, poor communication etc. - it's wasted potential.

The Launch Event on 26th will show information and clarification on CW and UI2.0, so yeah, in a few days.

I truly hope the "Launch Party" sheds more light on WHEN these key features may come out. I really Really REALLY want that to be the case I just don't feel confidant about such pronouncements any more ;)

MWO should not have launched without UI2.0 at a minimum in my opinion. And if, as others imply, it is only a few weeks away rather than a few months why for the love of (insert here) could we not have waited til then? The fact they did not wait implies they have nothing major too offer for some time to come.

PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG PGI!

same here becouse dont take me wrong or i dont want to rage here but, not knowing backgrounds and not talking to devs etc. this game start to looks more and more like scam and not like something that will be delivered from eyes of person who plays this from open beta. We hear just promises since october last year when paul was saying after initial player rush u start to work on CW and till this day we didnt saw ANYTHING, then came later excuse that current UI is {Scrap} so no new thingies into OLD one but they start to do new UI which we saw photshop mokeups like in march this year ? since then nothing, on launch we hear u moved all things into 2014 ???? i mean what a joke

Vapourware. It's frankly looking more and more like it. Look at the 'strategic map' in Star Conflict and tell me it takes over a year to code something similar, or convince me Community Warfare will be substantively different.

Heres the kicker thought: The core game was allready brilliant with MW 2, 3 and 4

Its not like PGI had to come up with an entirely new game.. all they did was createa graphical upgrade of the multyplayer part of MW4

The game concept has seen 3 iterations allready in its current sim semi form. So really people should be thanking the creators of the other mechwarrior games for the core concept. Pgi just copied it... for wich we should be gratefull because as with ghost heat and gauss charge.. when PGI tries to do its own thing it tends to backfire.
