Just anyone who has not done their 25 matches. It was sort of bad for me because I was having problems connecting to the game server. scJazz was trying to help me through the PM here... and then this new ruling happened and I suddenly couldn't PM anymore.

Fortunately for me I remembered that someone was advised to just plug the ethernet cord into their computer, and so I finally was able to do my 25 matches (even if I'm terribad... oh so terribad).
