Hi,
Been playing MechWarrior for a while now and from the start I've been having problem with Memory Allocation... Yes, I know. Fun.

Everytime I play "Terra Thema" it crashes.

System:
Intel i7 930 (3.0 GHz)
GTX 480 (3000 Mb)
4Gbs of RAM
Windows 7, 32bit (This might the main problem)

Just thought you should know.
Thanks.

IMHO if you can upgrade to win7, 64bit do so and upgrade your ram to 8Gbs.

Was thinking it was them 2 that were the problem. Not able to change it for the future?

The upgrade to 8GB of RAM isn't necessary at this point, and certainly not for MWO. I run it at max settings at 1080P, and I'm still on the 4GB RAM kit I was using in my last rig. That said, 64-bit is a must. Subtracting your 3GB GPU frame buffer, your system should only have about 1GB of RAM left

Forget MWO crashes; it's a wonder you don't have constant system crashes!

I would note that this is even a free upgrade. Win 7 product codes are valid for EITHER edition as long as you only have it installed on a single computer. Just find the link 'Digitial River' distribution (google it - it's MS' distribution partner) for the version of Windows 7 that you own in the x64 edition.

You could probably use a re-format anyway.

Also, depending on the budget, it would be a great time for an SSD. Samsung 840evo or something.
