Im using a Logitech Wingman Extreme and it works good enough but when I push the stick forward fully, the mech only goes about half throttle. If I tap 'W' or the key for 100% throttle it will go full speed but it goes back down to half if I work the joystick at all. Any suggestions?

No, windows was only showing half movement. I hadnt been back to that since I set up the stick never thought to go back and check that. Thanks.

So what, you re-calibrated and now it is all good?
If you still only get half movement and cannot solve it any other way, you can use my app "UJR" (See sig) to map your physical stick to a virtual stick and set the sensitivity field to 200% for each axis that only reports half movement.
