Hi, I've made multiple purchases in MWO and always had the MC arrive immediately.
However this time it did not and it's been a while, there's no where I can see any trace from this site about the purchase. But the funds were withdrawn from paypal and I have that receipt.
So is this normal that it takes a while nowadays or is there something wrong here.

I just need the stuff I payed for as fast as possible. Pretty simple deal. As a first step any kind of answer would be awesome! Not to mention any help...

Im having the same issue. Bought the 6500MC pack last night, got email from ultimatepay, shows up in my mc history here on the site, but i dont have them in game. Sent 2 emails, one before 9am eastern, and one in the middle of the day, nothing but the automatic response letting me know it got there.
I understand, small company, sometimes things get hectic. Just kind of bummed out, needed the mc for some mech bays, have lost 1 day of double exp, probably lose another 2 or 3 at this rate.

I am having a similar problem with my Phoenix package. I had purchased "Overlord" and then money got tight and I got a refund. Money got "untight" again and I reordered it... it would be nice if we got a "pending" message or something.... some notice that the order had been placed at least.

Contact support!!!, getting a refund and rebuying causes an error in their system, i had the same problem which is now resolved!
