Hm, don´t know where this topic belongs really...
So, there is an option for "motion blur" in the game. Mine is set "off". Nonetheless, I am getting blurry motions all the time. I don´t know if this is technically whats meant with "motion blur". But it´s annoying, since you cannot take a single clear screenshot, and it doesnt look very good ingame.
It looks like this:

I would probably skip the forum and email it to support@mwomercs.com
not sure what would cause so much motion blur with motion blur turned off.

Been wanting to know this for a couple months as well; nobody I've asked has ever had an answer for me. Hope you get better luck than I did. It's rather annoying.

It's caused by "Post processing" graphics setting. Set it to "Low". Also if you want to play it like the "pros" do then set "Particles" to "Low" aswell. Those two are only harmful settings.

This seems to have some effect, although I cant say its completely gone. I got particles back on, though. I don´t find it very "harmful", but it looks a little better.
Thanks!

add r_MotionBlur = 0 to your .cfg located @ (Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online) folder and the file name is system.cfg or if that doesn't work make an autoexec.cfg and place that in it (same folder as the previous).

Tried the autoexec.cfg. Doesn´t seem to have any impact. This is the best I get it:

I found the solution today.
You have to turn off motion blur AND postprocessing. Apparently part of the postprocess is a motion blur, so you can't actually enjoy HDR, DOF, etc if you want to remove motion blur.
That said, the game looks considerably better without most of the postprocess. The colours are brighter and crisper, edges are sharper, and that wishy-washy haze that covers every map is gone. It's easier to fight at range, and looks better to boot.
