Now that MWO is "officially released", we players, especially those of us that are 'paying' customers, have a higher expectation of service and communication from PGI.

First and foremost the latest server issues that made game play nigh impossible started 10:30 PM CDT and went on for, who knows how long (my group gave up after about an hour of attempting to play) are things that are no longer justifiably blown off as "It's BETA".

Less than a week out of 'BETA' it's not unreasonable for us to expect that these problems would not be occurring.

Also, since this problem HAS occurred, we players, especially those of us that are 'paying' customers, would appreciate a brief explanation as to what happened. We don't need specifics, but hey, if the janitorial staff at the data center where the MWO servers are kept were inadvertently banging their floor buffers into the PGI server racks, go ahead and let us know.

It will help us gauge your responsiveness, competency, and eagerness to keep our business.

Most of us WANT to continue to enjoy this game, but if the game or servers aren't capable of maintaining any sort of stability, less than week from "Official Release", and if PGI can't convince us that this sort of situation will be extremely limited in occurrence (not asking for a guarantee of never happening again, I work in the biz, I know {Scrap} happens).

Ameliorate our woes...

Tonight it has been unstable enough to drive many of us back to >>shudder<< interacting with our families and loved ones... :P

Also service tickets aren't answered upon. There was a bug with cockpit items, that led to a loss of 250MC for me. I am asking for a refund and no one replies. This isn't funny.
