Still have huge issues, not doing the listed damage and damaging the mech "all over" even with artamis. Id much prefer to do damage to 1 small area on the mech with SRMs instread of a little damage over the entire mech. This might help resolve the PPC/balistic only problem in this game

Same for me: fired 400 missiles close range, did 300 damage.

Same here,
I had an average Ping (130ish) that was not 100% stable last weeks, an my SRMS did not hit half the time.
It is somewhat dissatisfying to hit an Atlas/Highlander from 50m away and the crosshairs dont even turn red.. a team-mate told me on his screen all my missiles flew by to the left of the HIghlander, whilst on my screen every single one was a hit...
If you cant get HSR to work, please open up European Servers...

I don't have many issues hitting stuff with SRMs, besides they fell like throwing peanuts at steel sheets, because of the silly tube-like pattern. The old "breathing" pattern was thousands of times better and paid off the closer you were able to get to the enemy or when you knew which was the best distance to gather a fair concentration (145-150m/70-75m/and anything below).
The only issues I have is due to HSR still checking your position of shooting being desyc'd from what you see in your client to what the server detects, so a lot of time I see my srms hitting where they are supposed to when peeking from a corner or jumping, but the server still thinks the have been shot on the cover, so few or none actually really reach the target.
