I know that the Dragon's tubes were bugged a little while ago, and they are working much better now. However, my Dragon mounted with an LRM 10 now fires in two waves (better than 10!) with 6, then four.
Stellar improvement from before, though!

I think that's normal, because I don't think the Dragon torso has enough space for 10 tubes under there

I thought it did. In the Mechlab it's got five tubes on each side, and it does come with an LRM 10.
