After the uac5 nerf hit, I thought I'd rebuild my muromets. His triple uac5 build has been my longest running build that I created right away when he was added to the game almost a year ago. Well I'm not at all sad that I changed the build. Triple Lbx10 anyone? BOOM BOOM BOOM!

Looks pretty effective. My favorite part of the vid is just before 7 minutes when the spider bites it! Very satisfying to see it explode. I would be curious to see the ac10 comparison.

So they were dumb enough to engage LBX's at close range. Standing at 270-540 with Med lasers and you'd have been toast, standing at 540-1000 with triple AC/10's shooting at you and you'd have been toast again. No accounting for intelligence in this game. I like the idea of the LBX builds, but they are not good for anything but close range. It's like firing buckshot at a target, the closer it is the more damage it does, the farther the more spread and less damage. I ran a twin LBX Glassaphract long ago with limited success due to it's poor range. Fun and effective on city maps, junk on long range maps. I found it's best roll was legging lights.

Can you post the build, please? I was thinking of building a triple LBX Muro since I had so much fun with my dual LBX 3D.

With the larger drops these days, ammunition limited mechs like that 3x lbx10 could find themselves as expensive paperweights. With that kind of build, you need to let your team mates strip some armor before you start firing.

Hmm, I remember them adding crits but nothing about the spread. I'll have to investigate weapon stats again. Thanks.
