I would like to see the availability added to the player who selects Unit Command on each side to force ready the entire team once any relevant changes are made to the squad layout. This would allow the 1-2 remaining players to be readied up to get the match going.

Still the risk of abusing the command role, so it would be nice to be able to report poor commanders to impose sanctions on taking command.

No, and ask before you move anyone. I seem to notice that its not happening much after they get fragged for doing so. Fun to watch.
