So lets start with what we all ready have in game and move from there.
Assault
Conquest
Individual Stat tracking

And we are done.

So I know achievments are "on the way" but come on guys I am sure you have some super smart guys on your team, and since you are tracking everyones stats all ready how hard is it to say when you hit 10,000 damage with medium lasers have a quick text msg in game saying hey you just did your 10,000th point of damage with medium lasers BONUS x amount of C-bills.

Think about this carefully as one of the knocks against yall is no goals to reach for.
I am no programer but this does not sound too hard to accomplish and it would get some people off your backs.

Secondly is game modes. You have 5 bases coded in the game but you are not getting the most out of them. How about a game mode similar to conquest but in stead of collecting x number of resources you have to capture 3 of the 5 for the bases to make the other sides base cap bar start counting down. Hopefully this would cause the Mob mentality to break up or lose to a smart team who sees the Huge Blob and moves out.

I like this game (close to 4k matches played) but is starting to lose me, because of the lack of substance. I know the same thing has happened to most of the guys on my friends list (14 on the list and one plays every other day or so and two play a couple times a week) and they say they wont be back until there is something more. I know a new game mode or two and some achievements are not substance, but it would keep me interested. Hopefully CW will be that substance.

Enough with the skins, patterns and such. Give us a reason to stick around.

The game still lacks any interface for any sort of achievements system. Thus, we can't get it. And worse, they aren't releasing new content until 2.0 is done aside from mechs and maps (according to podcasts).

Some time in the next 3 months in PGI time. In Founders time, some time in the next 3 years.

They just need to download Warthunder, it should give them some good ideas for player retention. Daily login bonuses, free Golden Eagles (MC), achievements that give you xp and cash.

I'd actually be fine with that if they weren't so crazy with the weapon balance... at this point MW:O seems a bit like Communism:

(Proshla zima, nastalo leto / Spasibo partii za eto!)

One old bolshevik says to another: "No my friend, we will not live long enough to see communism, but our children... poor children." (An allusion to the slogan "Our children will live in Communism!")
