Catapult head too big, and arguably CT a little bit too big.
Dragon also has the CT issue.
And so does the Treb.
Raven legs are larger than the physical model, and the side torsos are probably too long (along the beak).
Stalker side torsos might be a little too big.

Jenner CT is ridiculously too big/ the LT/RT parts are too small to actually be a valid target.
Cicada CT is too big and protrudes too far. Same issues with the LT/RT, but compounded with shield arms that can't even be used as shields because the CT goes out too far and it only gets worse.

Don't change the Dragon. The CT is more vulnerable than most, but you gain the ability to run an XL without much of a penalty. Dragons were made to go fast (at least in MWO). I believe the CT on the Dragons are fine and I have almost 1000 matches in a Flame.

I don't understand why they just take the total surface area of the torso, then equally divide the area into three, then map the area into the torso as left, center and right. You don't need to "balance" this when its an applicable and fair rule to apply to all.

The AWS needs a straight up rescale. Taller and a little thinner. Make the arm guards bigger to absorb fire.
Then it would truly live up to the name.
