Hi there!

I just wondered if only I noticed it, but after I finally got an Atlas DDC, I just get stuck at really every possible environment thing in River City (Night).

For example the oil tanks at one start point with the small brick wall have only 1 point where you can get on even elevation. All others make you stuck to the wall even though it should be the same.

Also by capping point... I think its Epsi, there is a small concrete ledge which also can be crossed by 1 point only, even though it is only 1/4 as high as an car for example (which stands beside it).

Really annoying is also the bride to the second base, if you hit the water beneath, it is nearly impossible to get on land again because there is no real way up on the side.

Is this a pure Atlas Problem?

Anyone else?

There's a lot of little ledges that larger mechs get stuck on in River City. It's the disadvantage of being a larger mech, though man of them are places that really shouldn't stop you...

Sounds eerily similar to the "spawn point" problem we had in Terra Therma at first, when people would spawn too close/in the boxes and end up with human-scale movement collision. I've looked at the spawn points in River City and they seem fine (clear of obstacles), but if you can let me know:

a. if this happens every time you spawn in with an atlas?
b. does this happen in training grounds too, or just online?
c. if it doesn't happen every time, can you make note of where you spawn please? XYZ coordinates available by pressing f9, but a good description would be enough for me to start narrowing things down.
d. Does this ever happen on River City Night? (if not, I'm totally just stealing the spawns from river city night and calling it a day).

You shouldn't be getting hung up walking over small obstacles, and this is something I have seen on here/reddit before, so let's figure it out forum peoples!

edit: Apparently making a list as a) :D c) is going to give you an awful emoticon... annoyance 10/10.

I choose to interpret (and will choose to repeat this as) "PGI confirms the potential for playable Elementals and IS Battle Armor".

:D.

Hi!

ok thanks for the input i just tried it again with the trainings grounds and think I know the problem.

Its the collums!

If you hit the collums its impossible to get up, but if you luckily or by walking a bit diagonal you hit the concrete you can easily get up on the wall :/

no colum

also odd (I included pics), under the bridge it looks like both sides are equally high, but right; you cant get up, left you can. How come?
