[Hythos]

While I do see hit registration issues on many units, not just Spiders and Jenners - I'll see about 75% of my shots 'miss' against pilots from a particular geographical region, whom often show a 140-220 ping (quite consistently between 9am and 2pm server time.)
Two bazaar things happen:
1) my frame rate drops from 75+ to 30.
2) I have difficulty landing shots on even slow and/or stationary units, unrelated to frame rate.

I'll also see events that cause me when I know I'm stopped - even for periods of, say 10 seconds - to rubber-band me as much as 50m from where I was.

For these instances, I *can* hit, if I adjust my lead by a ridiculously HUGE amount, maybe 2 seconds of lead - again, even on Jags and Atlai.
My ping, is typically 65-90ms, and much less than the amount of lead I seem to need.
