So

1. Why is it gone?
2. If you removed it willingly (and not a bug) why did you not wrote it down in the patch notes?

It's already hard to grind c-bills man....

NO Salvage Bonus is a way PGI wants you to let more money in the game for buying mechs with MC :-) Marketing Strategic change i would say

Curious. I didn't notice its absence, but I did notice I'm averaging more for normal wins (read - average personal contribution, not amazing games) - around 100k per win without premium or hero bonus.

I'm not mad that they're screwing with the economy (I'm rich, at least in-game). I'm upset that this wasn't in the patch notes. Did they assume this was not a thing we would want to know about?

Hmmm. My concern then is this: Is the salvage bonus then not affected by premium time and hero mech bonuses?

I'm not 100% sure but it doesn't seem likely. I only did the math for one round but I got 19373 CB more than my end of round total told me, with premium time active. That would mean that the Salvage bonus would have been less than 13k CB before PT which seems really low for having killed the enemy team.
