Im pretty sure its been asked for a few times before, but don't ever remember seeing a 'poll' for/or against it.
So.. figured i'd start one and see what happens.. maybe the Devs'll give it to us if enough people vote yes?
First is, do you wish you could have your Consumable Module's (Artillary Strike, UAV, ect) auto-refill after each battle... Second is, would you like the option to have your torso/army lock keys (Shift and CTRL by default) to be a toggle rather than a press-n-hold as they currently are.

Auto-refill is coming with UI2.0, so a couple weeks.
As to toggle vs. momentary, well, you don't want to know my opinion. However, you can make them toggleable with autohotkey.

UI2.0 is still coming out.
They did this to help themselves quicken production (guess why we probably have the Firestarter), as well as probably to make it so no one can say "They didn't meet their deadline, I want UI2.0 NOW!" again like they have for other delayed projects.
People wanted to bash PGI for not making deadlines, then this is what you get. They now made it so that they met the deadline, but the product is not as finished as you/they would like. But, the important thing is they made their deadline...

Arm Locking to Torso is for people that are trying to abuse the system. The lock system needs to be removed once you graduate from the Cadet training. The end.

The auto-refill option would be great if there is a way to turn it off/on.
