Is the last 4% the actual invite or did I miss a step somewhere?

If I remeber correctly, it's a know bug. As long as you have answered all the questions, the % makes no difference.

I had this happen. Once I downloaded the system profiler (little link below the box for system specs) and pasted the results in, I hit submit and it went to 100%.

Just did this last night.

Known bug... bigger bug issue, sitting at 100% and still pending.
