I don't think I have enough C-Bills to outfit most of 'em with DHS, but don't think my Phoenix mechs will go down easy! (ok, maybe they will, we'll have to see!)

I think this is a pretty cool idea, but I can't imagine waiting any more days to play with my Phoenix 'Mechs so I won't be joining you all. I run my Founders Hunchback almost everyday anyway so I will be killing Phoenix 'Mechs, just not on the first day

I'll definitely run my Founders Atlas, I run it almost every day that I play. I don't play super hardcore, though, so I'm trying to max out the elite tier on my D-DC still. My Founders Atlas already has enough exp. to grab the module slot so I won't be running it exclusively. I'm also kind of psyched for the Battlemaster.

When I saw the title I was afraid it would be a grief thread but I am more than happy to be proved wrong! Awesome initiative and we need more positive and constructive things like this imo.

I have very limited time so I am not even sure I can play much the coming month. This means I will be rocking the Phoenix mechs but because of this idea I'll try to run my Atlas for a match our two add well.

I take offence to the use of the term "second Founders package". There are only one set of Founders...period. Everything that follows are just subsequent Mech packages and are income revenue for PGI. I am certain packages are going to come out in regular intervals. We will probably see Clan Invasion packages, Merc packages, Pirate packages, etc. This in no way makes them equal to the Founders. I am sure there are players that have been here from the start who either didn't have the money or the foresight to get in on the Founders program. This is their chance to finally feel important cruising around in there new Phoenix Mechs sporting their new Overlord logo. This in no way makes them "Founders part 2".

Edit: P.S. On Oct. 15th I will be cruising around in my Battlemaster feeling important.

You have a good point, Airborne, and I would mostly agree with you.

I just used that term because I believe that is what the MWO community thinks, or at least has considered thinking in regards of Project Phoenix. Also, it was necessary to make a statement of challenging smack-down, although it wasn't intended to offend or demean anyone.

Far as I am aware it is the obnoxious vocal minority that thinks that

I really like this. They sort of screwed the Founders over by making a "second founders program". I think the original Founders should show some love for their Mechs and for the good ole' days when we were in the early beta days. I'm in.
