I'd have no problem with this they get to play with the shiny new toys on their own first and we get youtube videos that show them off plus gameplay against them to learn weaknesses and strengths.

No don't give the founders anything! I like to see them rage on the forum!

(Kinda kiddin... I'm not a founder, BUT I think it would be nice if they got SOMETHING just cuz they have hung in so long, I really do. AND added bonus is they are the biggest complainers sometimes - CW, 3rd person, clans-ack - that it might calm them down a short bit! So yes, give them something please!!)

I dont have any issue with I didnt buy founders and I havent bought overlord, but I would still like them to show some love to the community as a whole.

They didnt do anything for launch so maybe with the release of this they can give a 2 days premium or some free cbills or 2 free colors.

I support this with the fervent hope that it does create rage; I can wait for mine, it's worth it.

Yeah! They should give Founders who have bought a Phoenix package their Mechs on the next scheduled patch day of the 15th of October, instead of having to wait around... until... the 15th... of October. Wait, where was I going with this?

I just wish they would load direct x 11 before phoenix mechs land , I want to get them but if game is going to suffer worse frame rates then I need to save that 80 buck to go for a graphics card upgrade. Ready to pull the trigger but I need to see how it direct x 11 runs on my machine which has a HD7770 card which is suppose to run direct x 11 games better than direct x 9 games.

Although technically we funded MW:T.

>_<.

At least I could fire my 2 ML Stock Spider yesterday, with impunity, in MW:T. It later died to a stock heat neutral Commando. Not so much in MWO. At least the money went towards a proper representation of that, just wish that game wasn't web-based...

It's only fair since you supported to create this game the most.

Did they finally get rid of the delay between you doing ANY LITTLE THING and it actually happening on your screen? I would gladly accept some sort of forced rollback if I somehow performed an illegal action (although you'd think the game engine would block that sort of thing, and bug fixes would account for... well, never mind). I just gave up on it because I found it maddening to take one step forward *delay*.... torso twist left *delay* oh wait, I meant RIGHT. *delay* *delay*. ... :P

:-D Not sure, it didn't seem like it, but I could cancel my move and start over if the arrows were making it turn the wrong way. Its an amusing time killer game, for some reason I was awarded a Stalker and only 1 weapon, an LRM5. I strapped that baby on the Stalker and loaded the entire Mech up with ammo and the Mech was one of the last ones standing, lol - yeah lrm5 fire support! Not being able to "buy" weapon cards is really annoying in that game, definitely hate that.

Anyways, i approve your original OP message.

Maybe if I join the trend of seizing command as soon as a match "starts" and arranging the lances according to the principles of astrology or the bible code or a magic eight ball... or whatever mad, lovecraftian "reasoning" they're using....

Nope, I just tried that and apparently the penalty for unknowingly splitting up a group is to be alpha struck in the back until you are at critical damage.

The dudes didn't even SAY ANYTHING until after I asked them what was up, which was several seconds after the second salvo (I had assumed the first was just typical early game misfire derpiness).

Understandably (I think), I was somewhat reluctant to give them command after having be shot without so much as a "give us command" first.

This apparently was enough to earn me the death penalty.

TLDR version: Taking command is SRS business. You might accidentally break up the gaming equivalent of the Beatles. Or something.

You're already getting the Shadow Hawk, Thunderbolt and Battlemaster 'early' if you bought Overlord... Waiting 13 more days isn't going to kill you.

What's amusing here is he didn't realize this was a troll post from the get-go?
