The build seem ok, although the last one with the AC20 and the PPC one doesn't use all the tonnage.

FF armor doesn't protect you more than standard armor, it just weights less. Since ES is saving more tonnage only use it if you have the crits left for it.

In the first build i would use the gaus ammo (which cannot explode) to protect the gaus cannon (which can explode). So move them from the legs to the RT/CT to protect the rifle and the engine.
