Hey guys quick question. If I exit a match because I was killed and play a 2nd match in another mech, is there any way to see the results/earnings of my 1st match once I return to the mechbay?

Not directly. You can figure it out by checking your Stats on the website before and after and, if you hadn't yet won a match in that mech that day, by noticing if the "x2" for double first win XP in the mechbay goes away.
