Anybody ever hear if motion blur wanged fps? :D

I think the Cryis 3 guys hold it to be a non-issue, but I'm beginning to wonder …

In Cryteks opinion motion blur ist a must have to achieve a movie look, without the need of having 120 fps on 120 hz displays.
The reason for this effect and the high needed fps rate in a videogame lies deep burried in the chemical reactions of photography and the motion blur effect that occurs on film material.
