Now the game cards and credit cards are not used, suggesting that refusal of payment and

credit card is invalid

You could always try Western Union if you don't mind the 8+ dollar (depends on how much you want to send) fee to wire money. But you probably should get the credit card thing resolved, that way you can try to head off any future problems.
