I know where to go. A simple google search turned up a few posts in this forum about where the buttons are and what to do.

Top of the screen, click profile
sort of near the top of the screen, click forum profile
just below the "search" bar, click edit my profile
over on the left, click Email and Password.

.....and that is where it fails me.

All I get is a screen with just five lines.

Country, which is blank
My e-mail address (this is correct)
My pilot name (this is correct)
First name (blank)
Last name (blank)

I might add I cannot change any of those as well. This is NOT the change your e-mail or password screen. It is your profile.

What am I doing wrong?

Log off the game and log out of the forum.

Then, go to the game start menu and click "Forgot Password?"

If you don't log out of everything first you will not be able to change your password.

yeah, you have to do what he said. Go to the forgot password part and then you can do it.

Log out of the game and forum
go to the login screen
enter your email address
click "Forgot password"
