I love the timer and the ability to organize lances prior to the game.
I would like to suggest however that the 60 second timer be reduced to 30 seconds. 30 seconds is plenty of time to organize lances and give instructions and too often 24 players are stuck waiting the full 60 seconds because one person is not paying attention.
