In the options screen there is a slider under mouse controls labeled smoothing.
what is mouse smoothing and how does it affect the game?

Its smoothens your mousemovement
Activate it if you have an optical mouse with a ****** underground, or a damaged laser.... or A GOOD OLD BALL MOUSE.(wich was it invented for) something that doesnt let your mouse move smooth, because normall it works through delaying your input and using an "average" value.

i always disable options like that
