Last night I log in & queue up for a match. As soon as I am about to drop in it crashes to desktop with an FRreader error. No biggie this has happened before. I un-installed & re-installed which I have also done in the past. I log in & what do I see? Four TRIAL MECHS!! Ok went to check the mechbays & only four bays not the extra two I purchased. I have leveled all of my mechs out to Master. MIA: 1 hunchback, 2 spiders, 1 Catapult, 1 Victor. My pilot skills/mech skills have stayed unchanged & my Cbills have not changed. Seeing as to how I have paid a little cash into this I would like to be able to use my mechs however. Anyone else have this happen? Thanks C64

you see four trial mechs?
Click on the Owned Mechs button instead of the trial mech button.

A complete reinstall is a little harsh of a step for a ctd. Was this identical crash occurring very often?

I know how to access my mechbay. 4 trial mechs. None of my purchased mechs are there & I am down two mech bays (4 instead of six. Purchased the other two).
Doesn't matter now as I have un-installed. This left a SH*** taste in my mouth. I will no long play this game nor reccomend it to anyone eslse.
