To be fair, the STD wasn't the first thing I thought of when I saw that post, either. First thing I thought of was that it is often used interchangeably with the word "Toupee", and I've certainly seen plenty of those that have killed their wearers dignity, so I guess it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to believe that one may kill someone outright!
