My favorite that I've seen so far was Star Captain Brofist (which I think was mentioned in page 1).

I like dropping with Viegle because he'll always (ALWAYS) say "evening, ladies" and NuclearWeapon who calls on everyone to "Die. Die and Ragequit." It was the highpoint of my life when I got both of them in the same drop. It was like coming home.

yea i got a few to add.
First is Kitty Pryde. i have had a group or two with him(i'm guessing at gender here)
, War kitten and a few other players with cat related names
Many cat related jokes were made that day my friend.
another is a guy in my unit, is named deadtorights which can be hilarious
in a (CSI miami sort of way, ya know )
due to the one time i faced him in a pub solo queue game in his locust.
He was doing good in running around hitting and distracting our team
til i had him dead to rights in my sights
Also there's evil hero.... nuff said
