Try using the repair tool to make sure you have no corrupted files. Next you need to provide more info about your ping time averages your isp type computer type etc. Make sure your minium computer system requirements are met as well. This game is very demanding video card and cpu wise. I would try launching the game in testing grounds and experiment with reduced video settings and see if you can find a match there. Once your stable in testing grounds then try a match.

Yes, the repair tool can be your friend, try running it after every patch just to be safe and see if anything got corrupted in the patch
