This problem bothered me a lot for a while, and then went away for a while. For some reason, the game is not disabling my mouse on the desktop. This makes combat almost impossible, because when I right- or left-click to fire it dumps me back to the desktop. The game continues to run, but I have to click on the icon in the start menu and wait for my computer to respond. Usually it's a matter of seconds, but it's a big deal in the middle of combat.

When this is happening, I can occasionally see my mouse pointer appearing in my secondary monitor. When it first started, it seemed to only happen when Skype was running. I disabled Skype and it seemed to go away. Today it started happening again, with no programs running in the background.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?
