Sometimes it will take minutes to join a match. I usually end up alt-tabbing out to do something and will occasionally come back dead or as one of the remaining survivors. I'm actually alt-tabbed now.

Please introduce an option to make the minimized window blink on activity, like if someone talks at the Ready screen or if a match is just about to start so I know when to alt-tab back.

Not sure if my suggestion did it, but thanks for doing this with the new patch nonetheless.
