Does anyone know if other currencies are going to be a part of CW? DBills, KBills, LBills, SBills, and their conversion rates?
Does anyone think this is necessary? Or just an over complication (what with faction specific weaponry in the works too).....

Nothing has been said about House currencies, Currently We have MC (real money) Cbills, and faction loyalty points (use to be determined

Not aware of anything and I can't think of a good reason to add another form of currency. I'd have to say it would be a needles over complication to do so.
