Repair Tool Crashes To Desktop And Won't Run

Any help would be appreciated. I've tried running the repair tool for the last few days and when prompted to start the scan it immediately causes and error and stops working. It goes to the windows is looking for a solution pop up window and shuts down the repair tool as well. Anyone else have this happen or any ideas on how to correct this?

In your "MechWarrior Online\Bin32\PatcherLogs" there are logs.
Perhaps a clue in there?
