If you want to keep the Standard Engine i would run it like this

the XL is no Problem on the Victor, speed and Jumpjets are the key to your survival, it gives you some more mobility and most important Space for more Heatsinks which helps alot in a brawl!

Running a B or S without the ac/20 is "doing it wrong". But this build may very well shine in a K
