Too many times I've had to wait the full 60 seconds because 1 player did not ready in the first 15 seconds.
I like the opportunity to establish a plan but I don't think it's usefull for PUGs with no in-game voice comms.

I joked that the Ready Button was the new meta.
Apparently I was right! It's the new bitchfest meta game that players use to whine and complain!
Knock it off!
Holy {Scrap}.
This is why we can't have nice things!

What is wrong with shortening the wait for 23 players when just 1 player is not at their computer?

It is brand spanking new fellas give it a week or two it will get better with more people realizing that the button is there. That being said, keep it the same for 12 mans, reduce to 30 seconds for pugs.

The darn button needs to be 10x larger... Smack dab center of the screen... With FLASHING text that reads

That would solve for Pugs.
I wish more folks would use chat for the battleplan in pugs rather than just saying "Hit ready dangit!"
You guys said teamwork was OP... this is part of the fix.
