I have noticed that it seems to take longer now to get into a match these days, and even longer after that thanks to that damn READY button... when they bring in group stuff, CW, private matches, etc, will it get even worse??

If you get better at the game and move up Elo rating it certainly will. At least 5 failed to find matches an hour even prime time on weekends. That's a min of 15mins per hour that isn't even getting you into a match.

The only new features that will really add to that is extra game modes and if you aren't sticking it on "Any". Which would in theory add to the amount of failed to find matches you get due to smaller player pool for the match maker to pick from(which is the whole reason failed to find matches happen)

Lobbies might mitigate issue like that for good players. :shrug:
