Every time i start the game my settings are resetted, so i have to for example. change graphic, sound, start in full window, and some other things, then i play a couple of matches but when i turn off the game and on again this settings are back to default even if i pressed "save settings"
any ideas how to fix?

Try running the repair tool.
I've not had this happen, but I've talked to folks who do have this issue.

This usually happens after a bad (poorly downloaded, slight errors) patching.
The download for the repair tool is here. Be sure the game is off before you run it.
If for some reason that should fail, uninstall the game and reinstall it.
I had to do that for an issue where the game didn't want to read my field of view commands. The repair tool found about a dozen issues from the dirty patch and tried to fix them but couldn't. The reinstall worked.
(Left out some words.)
Side note: There's a second cause to this issue. Have you edited your XML files such as ActionMaps, Attributes, Profile, or WeaponGroups.xml? If so, delete those entirely. Then play normally.

I had a similar issue with my options not sticking. The repair tool did nothing to help but a clean uninstall and reinstall worked like a charm.
Did it fix your FOV issue? Mine still won't work.

The reinstall fixed mine. But I uninstalled, completely deleted the folder it was in, and then reinstalled.

Ahh, I'll have to try that when I get home tonight. I'm tired of feeling like a window cling.
And be careful when you are deleting Attributes XML file. I did it by accident and couldn't load into the game at all. It's just best not to mess with them.

This can be fixed without a reinstall, though!
What's happening is the USER folder, or some of it's contents, is being set "Read Only", so changes you make to your game settings menu never get permanently saved to the file as they should. Deleting the USER folder or simply setting any read-only files/folders to being not read-only should actually shore up the issue without requiring a full reinstall.

Another potential problem (sorry if covered above) is that setting reset if you let the game time out by running. If you exit game before this happens they may stick. Good luck with resolution.
