Equal point match Setup -
WoB- Waneta, Pwwka, Blue Flame, Centurion, Omega and a Cossak
Steiner - Fafnir, Sirroco, Hermes, Commando, Jenner, Grasshopper
In first 2 rounds both LAMs go down. one to a gyro and the other to losing its left torso.
The omega heads left and the archons forces lure it into the city while the fafnir and sirroco secure the ruined factory.
Then the battle is engaged in the city and the Omega is quickly surrounded.
In the end only the hermes and the commando was lost. A landslide victory for the Archon!

only a few pictures to explain about 2 hour match.. But hope you enjoy them!

yup we used movement dice. as you can see in some of the photos. we just don't put them down if the unit didn't move enough to create a modifier (the omega never does since its always one easier to hit anyway.)

Heroscape hexes.

Sets used
Master set (original)
Master set rise of the valkery
Master set Dunegons and dragons
Troll bridge set
Castle set (Buildings and extra road peices)

Shame - did the WoB use full advantage of C3i and Extreme Range - plus Glancing Blow and Direct Hit Rules?
(As a WoB player - never ever leave your dropship without those rules)

- nice pictures - and i need those hexes

Yeah Unfortunately the Hermes and the Fafnir were sporting ECM. He used the Hermes to disrupt as often as possible. Heck the unit could blow up buildings

42nd Shadow Division (SD – Elite): Belial’s Angels of Chaos are
highly adept at offensives carried out in urban environments, and have
developed a knack for targeting the most devastating weak points in
a structure for maximum tactical advantage. To reflect this ability, any
time the Forty-second is deployed in urban terrain, if a Forty-second
Division unit destroys the last CF of a building with a ranged weapon
attack of 5 points or more, the controlling player rolls 2D6. On a result
of 10 or higher, the building’s rubble explodes as it collapses, inflicting
1D6 5-point hits (locations determined randomly) to all units within the
hexes adjacent to the exploding building hex

Meh, he took the Stiener unit that can take hits for the archon.. and never had to use it.

Ah ... I be blind, than ... and suffering from old-timers. "Planescape" indeed. *snort.*
