Plus the trashcan can't work in our current system of 10 HS required to drop, the mech would barely be able to move, much less have any weapons to shoot.

I would pay money for PGI to pull a prank on you and introduce the urbanmech, with one condition. Whoever buys it gets locked out of all his other mechs for 2 weeks and only has to drive the Urbie. Enjoy driving a legged spider with one small laser or forever be silent.
