When you turn really fast from one side to another your point of view flys outside of the mech and you can see the pilots model(which has no head btw).
This should be looked at.

When you move to the left with the Flame and you shoot the torso gun, the muzzle flash blinds you as it appear directly in your cockpit. Age-old-bug. But it's an old mech. Reworking it brings zero profit.

I have not played the 4x in a while but I know when you used jumpjets it used to literally shake you out of your cockpit lol
