Here's the normal rewards for ease of comparison:

Edit: And yes, it's working (without Premium time, at least); a win is currently 600, a loss is 200.

It's just that kill XP and regular assist XP is 150 split to all that hit the target, depending on how much damage they did.

The Assist math is wrong. It has everything to do with your damage in proportion to your teammates to an enemy target. If you just poke a mech, you'll probably get between 1 and 5 XP... whereas if you were doing a 1v1 (or headshot a DCed mech), you'll get closer to 150XP.

It's not wrong per se, it just doesn't tell the complete story.
It says "150 XP / # of attackers" when it should say "150 XP / # of attackers, split proportionally to damage done."

FTR, it was mostly dumb luck. Lucky kill shots that were also Savior kills, cap win etc, dumb Atlas that ignored my lasers burning into his back...ahh good memories

Sorry, but there is an error in that table
Kill Assist = 150 / damage dealt by participants
If you deal more damage to the target, in comparison to the others, you will also get more points for the assist.
