Could we get a cooperative mode in this game with CPU Mechs as dumb as bricks?

It be nice and useful to train and cool if we could get som more XP

With dumb as a brick CPU I am talking about CPU with preset paths and basic firing controls i.e

for each enemy mech do:
find best scripted path
follow scripted path
find "biggest" and "dumbest" human target
if target found shoot a bit in that direction (if possible)
etc ..

It's called "Conquest Mode".

No, you can't have that and not in the foreseeable future either because the program lacks the framework to embed NPCs, not to mention AI.

Seriously, similar ideas have been posted by the dozens. Is nobody aware how much time and man-power such trivialities would suck from more important projects like CW, new game-modes and Clans?

Yeap, PGI seems to have backed the wrong horse from the ground up with the limitations of Cryengine 3. I wish posts like this where anything other then "sorry, but no".... But their you have it. My guess is this post will get deleted for being nonconstructive.

It a pity guys, really sad. :D
